By recording all incidents or accidents, the organisation can easily spot a trend, take preventive actions and save lives. Being able to spot trends is the most efficient way to prevent future occurrences and incidents.
Compliance Cube gives you electronic accident and incident reporting which can be completed on the move. All registered staff can record incidents and near misses which will go straight to the relevant person to decide upon the course of action – an action can be recorded via the Action Manager module and can form part of a formal investigation process or it can just be a review of a situation.
The portal allows staff to create an accident form which can be categorised to minor, major or reportable (RIDDOR)
